Reporting

Depending on the size of the property a considerable amount of data is created in a short time. The task of the energy manager is to structure the data in a meaningful way for the different user groups. For the major part this has already happened with the definition of the property.

The user logs into the system and can generate a variety of reports on the basis of the property tree. Ideally management levels, technical managers, facility managers and other system users receive the relevant data for them, sent automatically at the correct time intervals. Besides a detailed tabular display, a graphic is created in the respective ideal format.

Reports are generally available for different steps in time, filtered by media or property tree and with different display settings. A download can be performed in Microsoft Excel™ and PDF format.

Standard reports

e-Gem offers a variety of report templates. They can also be readily extended for special circumstances. Quantity reports offer a simple option of displaying consumption in a chart and a table.

In the cost report the applicable tariffs are evaluated for consumption. Both are available at the cost center level. Various meter points and media are associated with a cost center. e-Gem evaluates the allocations accordingly and generates quantities and cost reports for the entire cost center.

Other forms of reporting allow the graphical representation of quantities ordered under meter (distribution report) or a time comparison between different time periods.

Analysis reports

In order to reduce the power cost of the energy supplier, it is necessary to analyze the load curve at different levels. Load spikes can be identified based on a load profile analysis. The highest consumption of 15 minutes in a month is highlighted in color. The week affected is available just like the day in a separate graphic.

The maximum values from any consolidation level in the daily, monthly or annual report can be displayed in the peak load report.

Export - correction - reporting service

All archived data can be output by simple export in tabular form. A download is available with different content using a CSV file. The archived data can easily be amended through a user interface. Changes as such are noted and automatically consolidated through the various levels of aggregation.

The integrated reporting service offers a powerful tool that can distribute reports and other relevant data in various ways as active components. Objects can be very easily made automatically available to any person for evaluation in the file system by E-mail or FTP upload.
