The SCHOTT technology group, which specializes in glass production, has been using FlowChief's ISO 50001-certified energy data management system e-Gem since 2011. e-Gem acts as a data hub within the company. Energy planning, peak load optimization, billing and technical services continuously access the data and use it for their individual tasks.

Software-sustainability through open, standardized interfaces

The process control and telecontrol technology at the Kitzingen sewage treatment plant was completely renewed in 2011. The prerequisite for selecting a new supplier was a development environment that could be used completely without programming knowledge. After an extensive market analysis the choice fell on the telecontrol and process control technology of FlowChief.

Process control including maintenance management for district heating networks

Fernwärme Marktoberdorf GmbH has been operating its own district heating network since 2009. The aim is a sustainable, environmentally friendly and economical supply of heat to parts of the city and its citizens. Public buildings such as the town hall and indoor swimming pool are supplied as well as many private households.

Network control technology with FlowChief in Canton Schwyz (Switzerland)

Since 2011, the power plant of the Schwyz district (EBS) has been monitoring the grid infrastructure on the generation and customer side with process control technology from FlowChief. Planning and implementation was carried out by Ertech Elektronik AG.

Flood protection with FlowChief software solutions

The Sulm water board has been using software solutions from FlowChief for flood protection since 2011. It uses standard PLC components for telecontrol technology and supports virtually all relevant control suppliers. The control systems connect via DSL lines VPN-encrypted with the control center. The telecontrol technology enables event-controlled transmission of events in addition to archive value buffering in the event of connection interruptions.

Intercommunal portal solution for water suppliers

Since 2004, the Bavarian Forest Water Supply Association has relied on software solutions from FlowChief for monitoring, data acquisition and evaluation across all plants. The central FlowChief process control system is client capable throughout and therefore ideally suited for the operation of several customers on one system. The end customers are provided with a complete package of native web visualization, alarm and escalation management as well as detailed reports around the system as a rentable service.

In 2012 the Svenska Kullagerfabriken chose a process control system from FlowChief. The decisive factor for this was the uniquely integrated overall concept.
